JCF Residences announces today the new hire of Land Acquisition Director to help source various properties across Southeastern U.S. New hire, Michael Poppell, will work closely to purchase suitable properties and negotiate agreements. He will also oversee our land funds as JCF expands its footprint across Southeastern U.S.
JCF first obtained their patent for “Housements” with their first development in Huntsville, Ala. CEO, John Fitzmaurice, started this idea with the intent of changing the way America rents.
“We like to do our best to make residents feel at home. We came into our first development wanting to create a rental experience that hadn’t yet existed. The feedback from our residents and the demand for more developments has far surpassed what I could have imagined.”
These Housements offer all the amenities of an apartment complex while living in the luxury of a home. Describing their product as more of a lifestyle than a place, Virtuoso Living offers the amenities of a resort style pool, community activity center, and on-site maintenance. Furthermore, this development will provide the luxury to live in a home and walk outside to yards on every side.
In effort to sustain momentum to become a leading developer in the rental industry, it’s no wonder they are in need of a Land Acquisition Developer. JCF Residences has recently acquired land in Lebanon, TN, and has no plans to stop purchasing in the near future. Mr. Poppell’s primary focus will be sourcing, vetting, and purchasing properties throughout Huntsville and surrounding areas of Nashville. Although given the feedback from their first development, there’s no doubt they will have properties across Southeastern U.S. in no time.
